    Called 3 weeks ago to book an appointment to have someone do a furnace checkup on our new home, guy said one of the girls will call me back in a couple hours to book me in. No one ever called back.

    Over priced. Not recommended. No journeyman on sit to do the work. 2 guys showed up, a regular 3 hours job turns into 7 hours cause Goodheart is charging for both guys. Mainly one guy doing the job, the other guys just stood around most of the time, help cut copper pipes and move the tank up and down. Regular gas 40gallon hot water heater in a easy accessible basement. Just regular everyday job. What do we need both guys for, one guy is good enough to do the job. We had a certified plumber did 3 hot water heaters in the past, he only needed 3 hours, doing it on his own. We have him move the tank up from the basement. That's it! Quote was not detailed and accurate. Company gave us a range of price and charged us the top range, they plugged in the numbers to make the price. Not recommended.
